We have made choices to indulge in exactly what we love to do... ripples are not to stay - if u choose to ! - Dr. Yuvraj Kapadia

So, we have made choices and we have also understood how we have manifested situations in life, which are giving us the opportunity to indulge in exactly what we love to do.

Does that mean that life from here on is absolutely a smooth and straight road? Cruise Control?

So boring.if your life ever became perfect! It would be one of the most boring existences you would ever have. Believe me, perfection is very boring.

So, if perfection is very boring and life is all about moving towards that perfection where do we find that spice, that masala, that little bit of flavoring which gives you that kick, gives your creative juices a flow, the whole story of let's do it!

So, when you start doing anything that you love, you will periodically in that space still attract minor situations, minor episodes, small disturbances which are like the ripples that get created when a stone falls into an absolutely placid body of water. What is the psychology of the water when the stone hits the water? Is the water going to change its principle? The answer is no. Is the water going to change its constitution? The answer is still no. What will the water eventually do? After a period of time, the ripples that the stone created will die down and the water goes back to its original, normal pristine and placid state.

And so it is with love, when you are in love, with anything that it is, be it a person, be it a job, be it a relationship, be it anything at all in this world, there will periodically be a stone which will fall into the body of water and like a ripple will create a wave in your consciousness. At this moment, all you need to do, is to just check with yourself and take a decision what the hell, I love that person and if I love that person that small ripple created by the disturbance of the stone coming in becomes extremely small in comparison to the large magnitude of placidity that exists.

So, if you truly love a person, there will be so many magical moments in your life that you have spent with that person that are great and if you are continuing to love that person and in the moment that the ripple of consciousness in that flow occurs, remember that the ripple is probably mirroring some small fear that you still have, it is ok,the journey is like that. All you need to do is to just remind yourself, what the bloody hell, I just love this person and the moment you remind yourself with that one statement and your mind gets flooded with all fantastic moments that you have had and your ability to respond in that moment changes completely. The ripple disappears; the placidity returns back, life is one smooth party. This is a story and a situation that will remain with you till the end of your life. There is absolutely no person on this planet that even after hitting a very sweet spot that he loves would continue forever in that zone. Doesn't exist because life is about evolution, but the formula for evolution, my friends does not change. The formula for evolution remains, if you are grounded in love and you keep reminding yourself of that grounding, with your intellect you keep making those choice all the time, in that situation your ability to deal with the minor ripples of life will get greatly magnified. You are an ascended master.

Probably, most of us feel that attaining the Buddha state is a little boring, because, what is the point of living a life in which we don't judge anything! We just experience everything for what it is! It is a great state, it is a very divine state taking nothing away from that state. But for many of us, this life is an interesting journey, which we are looking to enjoy with a lot of fun. Learning with fun, that's my theme. Getting to the Buddha state, sure, inevitable. Nirvana is going to happen to all of us. The universe is not going to spare anyone, not me, not you. What truly matters I feel probably is the fun, the joy that you experience in that journey getting to where you need to get to.

So if you keep this one simple thing in mind. If I have to just summarize, the last four videos, give it back to you into one simple concise shot.

1 - You are where you are because of a choice you have made and because there is a wisdom waiting for you. Don't reject where you are right now.

2 - Use simple techniques to get out of the pain of what any moment is giving you. The moment you come to that neutrality the wisdom of where you are will start emerging out.

3 - The moment the wisdom emerges out, now start acting on it making the shift in your mind, start breathing out things that don't work for you, start spending more and more of your mental space in things which work for you and now you will gravitate from a fear based response in life to a love based response in life.

4 - As you start gravitating to a love based response in life you will greatly minimize the ripples that come into your life. And the moment you minimize the ripples in your life then your only job at any point of time is to remind yourself of the love that you are and that love is powerful enough to dissolve your own ego. Just remind yourself gently that I am love, and if I am the love and I have chosen to love then this ripple is here today will disappear tomorrow, going back to that original state of bliss and peace

Enjoy every experience, live every day as if it is the last day of your life Live every moment as if it is the last moment of your life and you are willing and you are happy to depart with a smile on your lips.

Remember this, today and for all times. You might have come into this world crying but you owe it to yourself to leave this world smiling. Not only smiling, leaving behind impressions, attitudes, memories and energies which encourage people around you to look at your life maybe mentally salute you and say, here is a man who walked the sands of time and converted time and space both into marbles in his pocket with whom he played effortlessly. Conquer space, conquer time, left the world much, much better place than what it was before you came in.

Enjoy the journey, all the best.
